PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Design, test and analyze new and existing products. Assure that all products meet or exceed all company and industry standards
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Initiate the design of new products and components
- Improve and develop current product designs and components
- Communicate with vendors on the design and pricing of new components
- Coordinate the implementation of new products and procedures with manufacturing
- Develop jigs, gauges and templates for manufacturing of new or existing products
- Assist in the testing of new and existing units. May require travel to test sites
- Create instruction sheets and drawings for proper field assembly of products
- Work with Marketing on product catalog, product instructions to ensure accuracy as well as display development
- Electronic product specification, detail support and maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient computer skills with Auto CAD, Inventor 3D and Microsoft Office programs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in team environment involving manufacturing, service, customer service, marketing and sales areas
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s degree desired
- Desire 2-5 years’ experience in window and door design
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Performs repairs to production and material handling equipment
- Performs preventive maintenance tasks
SKILLS:
- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Ability to manage several priorities at once
- Ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause breakdowns
PAY:
- Range $17.64 - $27.00

FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This position provides technical support to end use consumers, distributors, sales representatives, service representatives and internal staff. Assists Quality Assurance with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Works with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering in resolving product issues discovered by distributor base and end use consumer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Monitor customer service email address, correspond with consumers as needed regarding warranty information, distributor contacts, product information.
- Performs onsite inspections.
- Maintains inventory of service parts for service van and customer service quick ship parts
- Monitor and correspond with consumers via emails received on the Lincoln internet website
- Provide technical support as needed from all internal and external customers
- Assist all internal and external customers identifying replacement and service parts
- Provide assistance in identifying, tracking and resolving product issues
- Knowledgeable or become knowledgeable and understand Company quoting software
- Communicate with other departments, managers, supervisors and personnel
- Support Service Manager as it pertains to product issues, product repairs, and customer service calls
- Leads training for Lincoln’s distributors and service contractors
- Works with Product Development and Quality Assurance to develop approved product enhancements for field repairs
- Manages the Technical Service Manual
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of construction techniques
- Knowledge of all aspect window and door design, assembly, testing and performance, and installation preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows based programs
- Ability to manage own work schedule
- Occasional travel required
- Valid driver’s license
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required. Post-secondary coursework equivalent to an associate degree desired
- Certified or ability to obtain Installation Master’s
PRODUCTUCTION WORKER
Seeking full-time individuals to work in our manufacturing facility to assemble and manufacture windows and doors
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Assigned work in the plant to support the manufacturing department’s needs
- Perform a variety of tasks not necessarily just one job task
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs
- Follows established safety practices and guidelines
- Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
PAY:
- Starting pay $17.29 / hr
- Overtime pay after 8 hours/day
- Vacation Pay
- Holiday Pay
Hours of operation
- Monday – Friday, Saturday as needed
- Work Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm (if overtime required, hours occur after 2:30pm)
